The Edge of Endurance
“I carry the silence like an organ.”
Concept
The Edge of Endurance is a minimal, poetic play written for two performers navigating the tension between presence and refusal.
A Threshold
The play unfolds without plot or resolution. It invites the audience into a space where nothing is explained, but everything is felt. It is not a confession. Not a scream. But the moment just before. A threshold. A decision. A test. What happens when the performance becomes real โ and who remains to witness it?
Open to Collaboration
It has been performed and remains open to new stagings, interpretations, translations and collaborations.

The experience
A knife rests between them. A metronome marks time. Words are sparse. Silences carry weight. One performs endurance with their body. The other questions everything โ the gesture, the stillness, the gaze.
Adaptability
Originally written in English, the piece is adaptable for black box, gallery or site-specific settings.
